Vânători House

A residential interior combining oak flooring, natural materials and window seating. Stainless steel details, linen curtains and integrated lighting complete the material palette.

2026

Small places within a home.

The interior is shaped around places to pause. A bench beside the window and a breakfast nook create smaller settings within the main living space, giving everyday activities a particular place in the plan.

A seat beside the light

The window bench brings seating to the edge of the room, close to natural light. The breakfast nook offers a more enclosed setting for a meal or a quiet moment. These elements introduce different ways of using the shared space without relying on a succession of separate rooms.

Their placement makes the design attentive to the body: where someone sits, what they look towards and how a piece of built-in furniture can change the character of a corner.

Warmth, with a precise edge

Oak flooring, linen curtains and the presence of a stove establish a warm material register. A stainless-steel extractor hood brings a cooler, more reflective element into the kitchen. The palette finds its interest in the meeting of these textures.

Storage, kitchen elements and integrated lighting are considered together. The aim is to give the interior a calm organisation while allowing the material differences to remain visible: the grain of oak, the softness of linen and the clean edge of metal.
